1.High density: In the design of mobile terminals, the higher space utilization of high-frequency board means stronger expansion ability. All of these can enhance the functionality of the device and enhance the overall user experience.

2.High heating: there are "impedance" and "dielectric loss" in the signal transmission of the high-frequency board. With the increase of the high-frequency or high-speed digitalization of the signal and the power, the high-frequency board continues to heat. China's 5g commercial frequency band is mainly under 6GHz in the first phase, and will reach 24-30ghz in the later phase. 3.high frequency and high speed: 5g era circuit board generally tends to high frequency and high speed. Since 5G, iot and other applications will adopt higher frequencies, it will gradually rise from below 3GHz in the past to 6GHz or even 24-30GH22. Considering the high resonance frequency of 5g, more strict impedance control is required. Without a very precise form, the thin wires of the 5G high-frequency board are likely to increase the risk of signal attenuation coefficients and reduce data integrity.
